These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of this website, which is operated by CapeFrisco cc (“CapeFrisco”, “we” or “us”). They also set out the general basis on which visitors may enquire about our services. Using the website or submitting an enquiry does not create an agreement for paid services.

You may use this website to obtain information about CapeFrisco and to enquire about our services. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for an unlawful purpose.

Website content is provided for general information and may be changed without notice. It does not constitute a quotation, proposal or commitment to provide a service.

Services, pricing and delivery

CapeFrisco provides customised professional and digital services, and each engagement is priced individually. Before payment is requested, the customer receives a written quotation, proposal or agreement setting out the services, price, applicable VAT, payment terms, delivery schedule and any recurring charges. Once accepted, that document governs the engagement and takes priority over these Terms if there is any difference.

Content and ownership

The text, branding, design and other content on this website belong to CapeFrisco or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused without our permission, except for ordinary personal browsing. Ownership and permitted use of work produced for a customer are determined by the relevant quotation, proposal or agreement.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payments, including any deposit or recurring charge, are due as stated in the accepted quotation, proposal or agreement and the relevant invoice. Cancellations are handled under our Cancellation Policy, and requests concerning payments already made are handled under our Refund Policy.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. CapeFrisco remains responsible for the services it supplies and for related customer service, cancellations, refunds and payment queries.

Personal information

Personal information submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Website availability

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted from time to time. This does not alter any commitment contained in an accepted quotation, proposal or agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Nothing in them limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
