Who we are

A digital agency that works with clients for many years.

CapeFrisco started in 2008. Our aim was to build websites that do useful work for the businesses that own them. We began with hand-built websites for Cape Town companies. We now also provide development, hosting, security and back-end business systems.

Today we manage around 200 websites for roughly 100 clients, from independent operators to established enterprises.

We keep the team small on purpose. When you work with us, you speak to the person who does the work. Your requests do not go through a ticket queue or an account manager. This is how we have kept clients for well over a decade.

Managed hosting & infrastructure
We bring hosting in-house, with dedicated servers, cloud VMs and hardened, monitored infrastructure.

CRM, ERP & enterprise apps
We extend our work beyond websites to sales pipelines, resource planning and other business systems that clients use every day.
2018
Learning management systems
We develop custom Moodle-based LMS platforms, including one for Elsenburg Agricultural Training Institute that serves 400+ learners and staff.
2020
E-commerce & performance engineering
We build online stores and payment integrations, and work towards near-perfect Google PageSpeed scores.
2023
We launch our own products
ChatProjects and TenderPipe go live. We build, run and support these products ourselves.
2025
AI integration & strategy
We help businesses use ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for practical work in a secure way.
