CRM & ERP

CRM and ERP systems set up for how you work.

We configure sales pipelines, CRM and ERP systems for your business and connect them to your website, email and accounts. We move your data across properly. Systems can be cloud or self-hosted, and the developers who set them up maintain them.

Our view

Most problems come from set-up and data

Most businesses already have software. Many have a CRM that nobody updates, an accounting package, a stock sheet and a folder of spreadsheets that link them. The same details are typed into three places, and nobody trusts any of them.

A new system helps only if it matches how the business runs. The data in it must also be clean, and it must connect to your other tools. Most implementations go wrong in these areas, and we spend most of our time on them.

We start with one pipeline or one module. We set it up properly, and your team uses it before we add anything else. Where a routine step can be automated, we also connect it to the AI workflows we build, and a person approves anything important.

What we do

From first lead to final invoice

We scope each project to your business and use platforms that suit it.

  • Sales pipelines and CRM

We track every lead from first contact to payment, with stages, follow-ups and reports that match how you sell.

  • ERP, cloud or self-hosted

We bring finance, stock, purchasing and operations into one system. It runs in the cloud or on a server we manage, depending on where your data should be stored.

  • Systems integration

We connect your website, CRM, ERP, accounting package, email and spreadsheets. Each order or enquiry is entered once and reaches every system that needs it.

  • Data migration

We clean up, de-duplicate and move your customers, contacts, products and history. We check the result with you before the old system is switched off.

  • Internal tools and portals

We build dashboards, client portals and small internal apps for tasks that ready-made software does not cover.

  • Automation and AI

Software handles routine steps automatically. It logs enquiries, reads and enters invoices, sends follow-ups, and alerts a person when something needs attention.

How it works

We add one part at a time

We do not switch everything over at once. We set up one pipeline or module at a time, and your team uses and trusts it before we add the next one.

  1. Review how you work

We look at how your business handles its work. We note who enters which data, in which system, and what gets typed more than once. We then recommend what to set up first and what to leave unchanged.

  2. Set up one part

We configure one pipeline or module for your process and load it with your real data. We test it with the people who will use it.

  3. Migrate and connect

We clean and move the rest of your data. We connect the system to your website, email, accounts and other tools.

  4. Train and support

We train your team to use the system and adjust it as the business changes.

How we approach every system

  • Software chosen to fit your process
  • One module at a time
  • Data cleaned before it is migrated
  • Access by role, with activity logged
  • Backups and monitoring on self-hosted systems
  • POPIA-aware handling of personal information
  • Training for the people who use it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Should we buy a ready-made system or have one built?
We usually recommend a ready-made system that is set up properly. Accounting, payroll and tax are more difficult to build correctly than they appear, and established platforms already handle them well. A custom build makes sense when your process is what makes your business different, or when no product on the market fits. Often the best option is a standard platform with a few custom tools connected to it.
Should we choose a cloud or self-hosted system?
Cloud platforms are quicker to start using and need less maintenance. A self-hosted system runs on a server we manage. It gives you more control over where your data is stored and how far the system can be customised. We will discuss the trade-offs for your business, including POPIA and where personal information is stored.
Can you migrate our data from spreadsheets or an old system?
Yes. Migration is often the most difficult part of an implementation, so we treat it as a separate piece of work. We clean the data, remove duplicates, map the fields, and check a test import with you before the final move.
We already have a CRM. Can you work with it?
Yes. Often the CRM is suitable and needs a better set-up. The stages may not match how you sell, some fields may never be filled in, or the CRM may have no link to the website. Fixing the set-up is usually the first step, and sometimes it is the only step needed.
Can it connect to our website and accounting package?
Usually, yes. Most modern systems have an API. Where a system has no API, another method, such as scheduled imports, often works. If a system cannot be connected in a practical way, we will tell you before you commit to anything.
How is AI used in these systems?
Once the system is set up and the data is clean, AI can handle routine steps. These include logging enquiry emails, reading supplier invoices and drafting follow-ups. We start with one workflow, and a person approves anything important. See AI services for how that works.
