Strengths and limits

What AI can and cannot do.

AI is good at work that is repetitive, rules-based and high-volume. Examples include answering common questions, reading similar documents and moving data from one system to another. It works quickly and does the job the same way every time, without getting tired.

It is not good at relationships or at decisions that need human judgement. It is also not good at tasks where a wrong answer would be hard to spot. Part of the review is telling you which tasks suit AI and which do not. Sometimes a better form or a simpler process solves the problem without AI.

What people ask us

How long does it take, and what does it cost?
It depends on the job. We look at which systems are involved, how much data there is and where it needs to run. The free AI review gives us the information we need to scope it. You get a written proposal before any work starts.
Is our data safe? What about POPIA?
We use business-tier AI services that do not train on your data. We send only what a task needs, and we document where personal information goes and why. Where data should not leave your control, we run an open-source model on a server we manage instead. We will also help you introduce a short AI-use policy for your team.
Which AI models do you use?
We use whichever model suits the job. We work with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and with open-source models we can host ourselves. Because we work with several providers, your system does not depend on one of them.
Do we need to change our systems?
Usually not. We connect to the systems you already use, such as your website, email, CRM, ERP, accounting package or spreadsheets. If a system cannot be connected, the review will tell you.
Will it replace our staff?
That is not the aim. The aim is for AI to do the repetitive work. Your team can then spend their time on customers and on decisions that need judgement. The agent drafts, sorts and fetches information, and a person makes the decisions.
What if it gets something wrong?
It will make mistakes occasionally, so we design for that. Important actions go to a person for approval, and every action is logged. The agent passes the task to a person when it is not sure. We monitor it and adjust it as it runs.
Who looks after it afterwards?
We do. Automations are monitored the same way as the sites we host.
