About the project
The Green Directory is a global directory of eco-friendly businesses, products and services. It helps consumers find sustainable alternatives in their own country. The platform was established in 2018. It covers 76+ categories across 52 countries and has over 8,600 listings. The listings come from the UK, US, Australia, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand and other countries. The site has a privacy-first architecture and no third-party tracking. Consumers use it to find green businesses, and business owners use it to list their own.
